Crop Unwanted Areas From PDF Pages
Remove empty margins, scanner borders, headers, footers, or other unnecessary areas from a PDF page. Draw a crop box around the content you want to keep and generate a cleaner document without manually rebuilding the page.
Define the Crop Area Visually or by Position
Adjust the crop box directly in the PDF preview, or use the width, height, and X/Y position settings when more precise placement is needed. This makes it easier to retain the crop consistent and avoid cutting into important text or images.
Use a Fixed Aspect Ratio When Needed
Choose a preset ratio such as 16:9, 4:3, 3:4, or 1:1 when the cropped page needs a particular shape. A custom option is available for documents that do not fit a standard proportion.
Common Questions
What do Width, Height, Position X, and Position Y control?
Width and height define the size of the area that will stay visible. Position X moves that area horizontally across the page, while Position Y moves it vertically. These values are useful when dragging the crop box is not precise enough.
