How to Organize a PDF
View the page thumbnails. Every page appears as a draggable thumbnail, so you are able to see the full document at a glance before making changes.
Rearrange, rotate, or remove pages:
- Reorder - drag any thumbnail to a new position in the sequence.
- Rotate - turn individual pages 90°, 180°, or 270° to fix sideways or upside-down scans.
- Delete - remove pages you don't need, including blank scans or duplicate sheets.
Insert blank pages: Add new empty pages at any position, useful for filling gaps or keeping spacing consistent.
Common Questions
Will organizing affect the quality of my PDF?
No. Reordering, rotating, and deleting pages doesn't re-compress or alter the content - text, images, and formatting stay precisely as they were on each page.
Is it possible to rotate just one page instead of the whole document?
Yes. Rotate each page independently to fix a single sideways scan without affecting the rest of the file.
Can I undo a page deletion once processing?
Once you've downloaded the reorganized file, deleted pages aren't recoverable from that file - retain your original PDF until you're sure the changes are correct.
